Can we rent a room at the Elmcrest and bring in our own catering? The Elmcrest is a full service banquet center, providing the location, cuisine and service for your party. Therefore, we do not accept outside catering.
Are chair covers included in a package when having a function at the Elmcrest? Chair covers are not included. However, please see our recommended vendors page for the companies we work with that can help meet those needs.
Does the Elmcrest have parking? We now have ample free parking in our expanded adjacent lot. Do you supply centerpieces? Each room has centerpieces available for your use. However, you are also welcome to have a florist provide them for you if you would prefer.
Do you have a location for a wedding ceremony? Ceremonies are performed at the Elmcrest. We can arrange your room for a ceremony to take place before the reception. Please call for details.
Do you have to guarantee a certain amount of guests? Each room has a minimum guarantee for certain days of the week. Please call us for more specific information.
Do you have a children’s menu and can you accommodate special dietary restrictions? We do have options for children ages 5-12. We can also accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other special dietary needs. Advanced notice is preferred. Please call for details.
Does the Elmcrest have food tastings? Yes. Food tastings are held the first Thursday of the month for most of the year. Please call us for more information.
What information should we have when we meet with a banquet consultant? The approximate number of guests you will be inviting. (Make a tentative guest list prior to shopping for a location.) If you are looking for a specific date, also choose some optional dates in case your first choice is not available.
What are your office hours? We are open Monday-Friday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday-Sunday: 11 a.m.-5 p.m. We are closed all holidays.
